Provideo 2010 + Nuneaton Boro

On Oct 13th & 14th 2010 the Institute of Videography (IOV) came to the Ricoh Arena, Coventry. There were many stands, exhibitors, demonstrations, and seminars going on throughout both days. The guys from Adobe were there giving superb demonstrations and insight into their new production package CS5 which I have to add is very impressive. I may of been converted from Final Cut Pro after 8 years due to these guys. Another notable stand was Cameragrip. Cameragrip, formally know as B-hauge camera supports, is a Nottingham based camera mounting solutions company that is reasonably priced for the budding semi-pro's out there.

I was recently asked to film my local team Nuneaton Town FC aka Nuneaton Boro in their FA Cup qualification bout. With a trusty old school Canon XM2, a huge duffel coat and slightly wobbly scaffold tower I was set up to film the boys beat Workington FC 1-0 in front of 943 loyal fans. Was definitely an exciting game and an experience I hope to have again.

And finally check out, Another talented Nuneaton film maker with big ambition.
